A little about me...

You can expect a partner and advisor to support you. You can expect a consultative approach to tackle some of your gnarliest HR/People needs. And you can expect tailored solutions that unleash capacity in leaders, teams, and organizations. 

In my 25+ years in the field, I have worked with mid-to-small companies to set-up or evolve their HR teams like Sama. I have coached countless executives and HR leaders to success professionally and personally. I have served in People Team executive roles at transformational companies like Pinterest, eBay, VMware, and Cisco. In each experience, I leverage my expertise in the science of change, brain-based coaching, and futures-thinking to evoke lasting transformation.

When I am not an interim CHRO or coaching executives, I enjoy yoga, learning, wine, and travel. I also volunteer with Project Cornerstone and mentor future leaders. One of my greatest joys in life is my family. My husband, Jeff, and I are proud parents to Caleb (11) and Emmy (9). Our kids are constantly teaching us lessons in self-discovery and change agility.
